I watched this film about skipping and punching, it had a guy called Stoney or something (played by Sylvester Stone?). So I went and bought a skipping rope. For £2.99, some montage music and like 5 minutes a day, that's a pretty economic workout right?

I was at a shoe store and tried on some boots. you know, just for fun.

Turns out I bought the boots and we're now living together. I think it's pretty serious
